義大利阿爾巴白松露與葡萄酒騎士團 第25屆 台北分會大會
2026年11月22日（日），義大利「阿爾巴白松露與葡萄酒騎士團」（Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba）台灣分會將於台北迎來第25屆大會（Capitolo）。在分會會長 Stephanie Lee 的帶領下，當晚亦將隆重舉行冊封儀式，為六位新晉騎士授勳。
騎士團創立於1967年，總部坐落於格林扎內卡窩爾城堡（Castello di Grinzane Cavour），如今版圖橫跨三大洲、設有24處分會，長年致力推廣名列聯合國教科文組織（UNESCO）世界遺產的朗格（Langhe）、羅埃羅（Roero）與蒙費拉托（Monferrato）地區之阿爾巴白松露、頂級佳釀，傳承深厚的飲食文化底蘊。
本屆年度盛會將於米其林一星餐廳 La Vie by Thomas Bühner 登場，席間將呈獻專為此次盛典量身打造的皮埃蒙特（Piemonte）原鄉美饌，並佐以來自朗格產區的特選佳釀，讓賓客在品味當季白松露，也共同見證新一代騎士的授勳與傳承。
The Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba in Taipei- The 25th Chapter
On Sunday, November 22, 2026, the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba (Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba) will celebrate the 25th Chapter (Capitolo) of its Taiwan Delegation in Taipei. Led by Maestra Stephanie Lee, the gala will feature the official investiture of six new Knights during the course of the evening.
Founded in 1967 and headquartered at the Castle of Grinzane Cavour (Castello di Grinzane Cavour), the Order now encompasses 24 delegations across three continents dedicated to promoting the Alba white truffle, the fine wines, and the gastronomic heritage of the UNESCO World Heritage landscapes of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato.
The Chapter will take place at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant La Vie by Thomas Bühner, featuring a regional menu specially curated for the occasion and paired with exceptional wines from the Langhe. Guests will have the opportunity to savor seasonal white truffles while witnessing the investiture and ongoing legacy of a new generation of knights.s
